The “Made Possible” Campaign Launch
The Made Possible campaign was created to tell the world what Johnson & Johnson Vision makes possible for patients and customers. Behind the story of WHAT the company makes possible is WHO. The WHO are the JJV employees.
To thank employees for their hard work and to recognize their critical role in the Made Possible campaign, the Captain team developed and produced a launch event for the campaign at the company’s Irvine, CA headquarters.

What we “Made Possible”
Our work on the Made Possible campaign began in early 2022 with an internal communications plan for JJV field-based employees. The first phase of this workincluded a reimagined newsletter called In Frame, videos and podcasts to share stories about what employees are making possible, and a series of “Made Monthly”team building challenges.
The all-JJV employee launch in September event marked the moment when all employees learned about the campaign just before it went public. The two-hour Made Possible launch experience included a patient panel discussion, fun F&B, a photo station, a prize wheel, and more. Our team supported every aspect of the experience including designing all the branded elements and a video shoot with the patients for post-show use.
